About Carnegie Hall

Nestled in the Allegheny Mountains, Carnegie Hall is one of only four Carnegie Halls in the world. Since 1983, Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg has operated as a regional center for the visual and performing arts. Such notable performers as Taj Mahal, Gillian Welch, Isaac Stern, Ralph Stanley and George Winston have performed on its historic stage.

The Music Makers Project

America tells it's story through song. In January and February 2017, Carnegie Hall will present The Music Makers Project, which will educate and engage viewers in the cultural history of Southern traditional music through performance, film, art, and literature.

Featured Art Exhibits

Featured this November/December in Carnegie Hall's three art galleries: "Recent Still Life Paintings" by Cleveland Morris, "Mosaics" by Diane Hall, and "Paper Tells a Story" by Martha Olson.
