Carnegie Hall is committed to making our facility and programs accessible to all in our community.

People who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech disabled, please call 711 and ask the operator to dial (304) 645-7917.

There is parking on Church Street adjacent to the side entrance. From there you can access the ramp to the office entrance where the elevator is located. Direct access to events in the Auditorium includes parking to the right of the front entrance adjacent to a ramp.

Accessible and companion seating, accommodated behind row J seats 1 through 7 (indicated as A-D on the seating chart) is available. Please request when ordering tickets so that we may reserve your seats.

Access our elevator by using the ramp to the office entrance from Church Street or from the front entrance through the Auditorium. With the elevator, you have access to all floors.

An accessible bathroom is available on the ground floor, just outside of the office.

Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge. Please request the device at least fifteen minutes before a performance begins.
