General Performance Information

Accessibility
We offer a number of services for patrons with accessibility needs, including wheel chair accessible seating, American Sign Language interpretation, large print programs, hearing assisted devices and handicap parking. Please make note of your groups special needs on the order form or by calling (304) 645-7917 at least two weeks prior to the show. Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be given if an event is cancelled by Carnegie Hall.
House Opening and Seating
The house opens one-half hour before the performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Cameras, recording devices, pagers, cell phones, food and beverages are prohibited in the auditorium.
Parking
The New River Community & Technical College Center graciously provides complimentary parking for Carnegie Hall patrons on performance nights. Free street parking is also available.
