Carnegie Hall proudly presents Creative Youth, the 18th annual juried art show for Greenbrier County students in grades 4-12. This exhibit will be on display March 4 through April 20, 2011 in the Old Stone Room at Carnegie Hall in downtown Lewisburg. The artwork submitted represents your school, so please send your students’ BEST work.
Judging
Student artwork will be judged by a panel of three judges selected by Carnegie Hall. The judging will be based on category and grade. The categories are: Mixed Media; Drawing; Painting; Photography; and Pastels. Grades 4-5, 6-8, and 9-12 will be judged separately.
Requirements
Artwork must be matted before submitting the art to Carnegie Hall. Artwork must be brought to Carnegie Hall by Friday, January 28, 2011 for inclusion in the art exhibit. Please do not send artwork with the student’s name visible. Please fill out one entry card for each piece of art submitted. All artwork accepted for the exhibit must remain on display for the duration of the show. Student permission must be given to submit their artwork for this exhibit.
