First Stage Concert
Carnegie Hall is pleased to present First Stage, a concert series designed to feature accomplished young adults of the Greenbrier Valley who are pursuing or have completed a degree in the performing arts. The idea for this series grew from a desire to showcase the talent of these individuals for members of the community and the families and friends that fostered their growth in the arts and watched them blossom. It is the perfect opportunity for them to return to where they grew up and share their accomplishments on Carnegie Hall’s Mainstage.
*Annoucing 2010 First Stage Auditions*
Carnegie Hall will hold auditions for the January 3, 2010 First Stage Concert on July 30 and August 13, 2009. First Stage concerts showcase talented young students of music, dance and theatre from the area. Three to five performers will be chosen to be included in the winter concert. Applicants must be 12 years of age or older. Applications must be received by July 1, 2009 and are available at the Carnegie Hall office, 105 Church Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
